Refund and Returns Policy
Since all our jewellery is custom-made after your order confirmation and size specifications, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product delivered is damaged or defective due to our error.
Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing video proof. We aim to resolve genuine concerns with fairness and transparency.
